Bistro Deluxe by Paul Tamburrini
We were commissioned by Paul Tamburrini to create the design for his first stand alone restaurant within the Macdonald Holyrood hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The brief was to create a casual yet upmarket dining experience which gave an emphasis to the contemporary style of food created by Paul.
